Session Fees
Renue Counseling is a fee-for-service practice. Payment is due at the time of service. Below are my current session rates:
50-Minute Couples Session — $225
Individual breakout sessions are billed at $165
90-Minute Couples Session — $300
Individual breakout sessions are billed at $185
Couples Intensive — $5,000

A Couples Intensive is a concentrated, immersive experience designed to help you make meaningful progress in a shorter period of time. Compared to traditional weekly sessions, an intensive can save you $400 while delivering deeper, faster results — without the stop-and-start rhythm of weekly appointments.
Insurance & Out-of-Network Benefits
Renue Counseling is an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance directly. However, many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that may reimburse a portion of your session costs.
Here's how it works:
You pay for your session at the time of service.
We provide you with a superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company.
Your insurance may reimburse you directly, depending on your plan's out-of-network benefits.
Before your first session, we recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card and asking:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What is my out-of-network deductible, and has it been met?
What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed after the deductible?
Do I need a referral or prior authorization?
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before beginning services. Please reach out if you have any questions about your estimate or my fees.
